1. Submit your site's information.
2. Confirm your information
3. Get the code to put on your site
4. Put the code on your site (please make sure you put this on the same page that you submited to Philring). This means no splash pages please. If you need to change your URL, please do so.
5. AFTER you have done all this and you are ready for your site to be reviewed by Philring staff for activation, then request activation
6. Have fun surfing Philring!
